At DragonNails, every set is handcrafted in small batches and finished by hand. Each order is made with care, which means shipping timelines reflect our commitment to quality over speed.

Processing Time (Handcrafting & Preparation)

All DragonNails sets are made-to-order.

Standard Collections

Processing time is typically 3–10 business days from order placement.
This includes shaping, hand painting, detailing, gem placement, curing, and final quality checks.

Limited batch production may cause slight variations in processing times.

Masterpiece Edition & Custom / Bespoke Orders

Processing time is typically 10–21 business days, or longer for complex custom requests.
These pieces require additional design approval stages and one-at-a-time craftsmanship.

Weekends, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods may extend processing by an additional 3–7 business days.

If your order experiences a delay beyond our standard window, we will notify you by email.

Once your order is complete and quality-checked, it will be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped and depend on your location, carrier, and selected shipping method.

U.S. Domestic Shipping
• Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
• Priority / Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (additional fee at checkout)

International Shipping
• Standard International: 7–25 business days (varies by country; customs may add time)
• Express International (DHL / FedEx / UPS when available): 4–12 business days

Express shipping is recommended for faster delivery and improved tracking visibility.

Important International Order Notes
• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
• We are not responsible for delays, holds, or fees imposed by customs authorities.
• Some countries may restrict certain materials (such as adhesives or decorative elements). Please check local regulations before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Package size and weight
• Destination
• Selected shipping method

We may offer:
• Free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying threshold (when applicable)
• Flat-rate or tiered options for express and international shipping

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
• Most orders include tracking information. Please check your confirmation email or account dashboard.
• Once your package has been accepted by the carrier and marked as “shipped,” responsibility transfers to the carrier.
• DragonNails is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in transit.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
1. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
2. Then email us for additional assistance if needed

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to production volume, carrier performance, weather, or customs.

If your order is taking longer than expected:
• We will notify you by email whenever possible
• For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order to inquire about rush options (subject to availability and additional fees)
