At DragonNails, each set is handcrafted in small batches with close attention to detail. Our press-on nails are made-to-order wearable art, and due to their handmade and hygiene-sensitive nature, we operate under a strict refund policy outlined below.

Please read carefully before placing your order.

General Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change in personal taste or preference
• Allergic reactions (please review materials before ordering)
• Buyer’s remorse

Because each set is handmade specifically for you and cannot be resold once opened or handled, this policy protects product hygiene, craftsmanship time, and limited production capacity.

Exceptions — Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Materially defective
• Or materially different from what was ordered (wrong design shipped, major production flaw)

please contact us within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

To qualify for a resolution, you must:
1. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue immediately upon receipt
2. Keep all original packaging, nails, gems, and application kit intact
3. Ensure the nails have not been worn, applied, or used

Failure to meet these conditions may void eligibility.

Possible Resolutions (at our discretion)

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
• Replacement of the affected set (most common)
• Partial refund
• Full refund (rare, reserved for severe cases only)

What We Do Not Cover
• Minor handmade variations that do not affect wearability or appearance
• Damage caused by improper application or removal
• Issues reported after the nails have been worn or used
• Lost or delayed packages once tracking shows “Delivered”
• Shipping damage when uninsured or economy shipping was selected

Custom / Bespoke Orders

Custom orders (including personalized colors, designs, gem placement, or special requests) are final sale once design approval is given and production begins.

All deposits and payments for custom work are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to Request a Resolution

Please email us at support@dragonnails.store with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on current production schedules.

Refunds (When Approved)
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on your payment provider)
• Original shipping fees, custom fees, and expedited services are non-refundable

Important Reminders
• Please double-check your sizing before ordering. We strongly recommend using our sizing kit if you’re unsure.
• Press-on nails are a hygiene-sensitive product and cannot be resold once opened or worn.
• If fit is a concern, order a practice or sizing kit first.
