DragonNails reserves the final right of interpretation (also referred to as the sole and final discretion) over the following matters:

  1. All product descriptions, pricing, promotional activities, limited-batch rules, inventory status, shipping timelines, shipping fees, coupon/discount usage conditions, points/membership benefits, and any other rules or information displayed on the website.
  2. Confirmation, modification, cancellation, refund, exchange, replacement, compensation, liability determination, and dispute resolution of any order — including standard collections, Masterpiece Edition sets, and Custom/Bespoke Dragon orders.
  3. Any order irregularity, delay, cancellation, adjustment, or exception caused by force majeure events, supply chain disruptions, handmade production batch limitations, material shortages, logistics issues, customs holds, system/technical errors, pricing input mistakes, or any other reasons not intentionally caused by us.
  4. Whether any information or requests provided by the customer during the ordering process (nail measurements, design preferences, special instructions, custom symbolic elements, etc.) are acceptable, how they will be executed, whether additional fees apply, and whether they meet our craftsmanship standards and production capabilities.
  5. The determination of whether any conduct constitutes “abuse,” “malicious ordering,” “fraudulent behavior,” “improper refund/return requests,” “intellectual property infringement,” or violation of our User Responsibilities, Prohibited Conduct, or any other policy — and the corresponding actions we may take (including but not limited to order cancellation, fee deduction, permanent account ban, refusal of future service).
  6. The application, interpretation, supplementation, amendment, and resolution of any disputes arising from all our policies, including but not limited to:
    • Refund Policy
    • Shipping Policy
    • Privacy Policy
    • Terms of Use
    • User Responsibilities
    • Prohibited Conduct
    • Intellectual Property Policy
    • Disclaimer
    • and any other rules or notices published on the website.

DragonNails will exercise the above final interpretation rights in a fair and good-faith manner. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we retain the unilateral right to make final decisions on all such matters without prior notice or the need to obtain customer consent.

By placing an order, making a payment, submitting a custom request, or continuing to use the website, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted this Final Interpretation Rights clause — and you acknowledge that DragonNails holds the ultimate and binding decision-making authority over all related matters.
