DragonNails is a space built for bold, empowered women who choose to wear strength, transformation, and cultural power. We do not tolerate behavior that undermines that spirit, harms others, damages our community, or exploits our brand and handmade craftsmanship.

By using our website, placing orders, submitting custom requests, contacting support, leaving reviews, or interacting with DragonNails in any way, you agree to not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct. Violation of this policy may result in immediate order cancellation, permanent account suspension, removal of content, refusal of future service, and — where applicable — legal action.

Prohibited Conduct Includes (but is not limited to):

  1. Fraudulent or Dishonest Behavior
    • Placing orders with stolen credit cards, fake identities, or any form of payment fraud
    • Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, discounts, or limited-batch releases
    • Filing false damage/defect claims or chargeback disputes in bad faith
    • Reselling our limited-edition or custom pieces commercially without permission
  2. Intellectual Property Violations
    • Copying, photographing for resale, reverse-engineering, duplicating, or mass-producing any DragonNails design (standard or custom)
    • Using our brand name, logos, dragon motifs, slogans (“Wear the Dragon. Become the Story.”), product images, or website content for commercial purposes without written authorization
    • Creating, selling, or promoting counterfeit, knock-off, “inspired by”, or derivative products that imitate DragonNails
  3. Abusive, Harassing, or Threatening Communication
    • Sending abusive, profane, racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful messages to support staff, via email, social media, reviews, or any channel
    • Making threats (including legal threats made in bad faith) or attempting to intimidate / blackmail staff or the brand
    • Repeatedly contacting us after being clearly told the matter is closed or after abusive language has been used
  4. Inappropriate or Offensive Content
    • Submitting custom design requests that include hate symbols, illegal content, pornography, extreme violence, or anything that violates basic community standards
    • Posting reviews, photos, or comments containing harassment, doxxing, personal attacks, spam, or unrelated advertising
  5. Misuse of Our Systems or Services
    • Attempting to overload, crash, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the website or our systems
    • Using automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to monitor limited drops, place bulk orders, or extract data without permission
    • Leaving fake / incentivized / manipulated reviews or artificially inflating ratings
  6. Exploitation of Handmade & Limited Nature
    • Ordering large quantities with the intent to resell commercially (we are not a wholesale supplier)
    • Repeatedly ordering and returning items to “try on” without genuine purchase intent (serial returns)

Consequences of Violation

We reserve the absolute right — at our sole discretion and without prior notice — to:

  • Cancel any current or pending orders (including custom pieces)
  • Refund only the product amount (shipping and custom fees non-refundable) or issue no refund
  • Permanently ban your email address, IP address, payment methods, and any associated accounts
  • Delete or reject reviews, photos, or user content
  • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors, law enforcement, or relevant authorities
  • Pursue civil or criminal remedies when intellectual property theft, fraud, or threats are involved

We do not issue warnings in cases of serious abuse, fraud, or IP violation. One strike is often final.

Reporting Abuse

If you witness prohibited conduct (including fake reviews, counterfeit listings, or impersonation of DragonNails), please report it to us immediately at: chantellemeltem@gmail.com
