At DragonNails, you are not just a customer — you are a co-creator of powerful, personal stories. “Wear the Dragon. Become the Story.” comes with responsibility. By accessing our website, placing orders, submitting custom requests, uploading content, or interacting with our Services in any way, you agree to accept and uphold the following User Responsibilities.
1. Provide Accurate and Truthful Information
- You must supply complete, current, and accurate information when creating an account, placing orders, or submitting custom/bespoke requests (including full name, billing & shipping address, email, phone number, nail measurements, design preferences, symbolic elements, etc.).
- Providing false, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information may result in order delays, cancellation, failed delivery, additional customs issues, or refusal of service. DragonNails is not responsible for any loss, delay, or additional cost caused by inaccurate information you provide.
2. Responsibility for Nail Sizing and Fit
- Press-on nails rely on correct sizing for comfort, durability, and appearance.
- You are solely responsible for:
- Carefully following our sizing guide and using the included sizing kit (if provided) to measure your nails accurately.
- Double-checking all measurements before confirming an order.
- DragonNails is not liable for discomfort, poor adhesion, lifting, breakage, or dissatisfaction due to incorrect sizing, improper measurement, or failure to use the sizing kit. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for “fit” or “size” issues.
3. Proper Use, Application, and Care of Products
- Our products are handcrafted wearable art — not medical devices or professional salon services.
- You are solely responsible for:
- Properly preparing your natural nails (clean, oil-free, no residue) before application.
- Following the included application and care instructions exactly.
- Removing the nails gently and correctly to avoid damage to your natural nails.
- Checking listed ingredients (if provided) for potential allergens and consulting a medical professional if you have known sensitivities.
- DragonNails is not liable for:
- Allergic reactions, skin irritation, nail damage, or any adverse effects from use, misuse, improper removal, prolonged wear, or exposure to chemicals/water/heat.
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions (e.g., excessive water exposure, using nails as tools, forceful removal).
4. Respect for Intellectual Property and Brand Integrity
- You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, photograph for commercial resale, reverse-engineer, or mass-produce any DragonNails design (including custom pieces you ordered).
- Use our brand name, logos, dragon motifs, slogans (“Wear the Dragon. Become the Story.”), product images, or website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Create or sell counterfeit, inspired, or derivative products that imitate DragonNails designs or branding.
- Any violation may result in legal action and permanent ban from our Services.
5. Responsible Use of Custom/Bespoke Services
- When submitting custom requests, you must provide clear, respectful, and feasible instructions.
- You may not request designs that:
- Infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.
- Contain hate speech, offensive symbols, illegal content, or anything that violates our community standards.
- Once you approve a design concept, production begins — no changes or cancellations are accepted at that stage.
6. Respectful Communication and Behavior
- When contacting support, leaving reviews, or posting on our platforms (if applicable), you agree to communicate respectfully.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or remove content if you engage in harassment, threats, abusive language, spam, or fraudulent behavior.
By using DragonNails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these User Responsibilities. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of future service, removal of content, or legal action where applicable.
